Webinar: Managing Scientists & Engineers

May 23 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Webinar Description: Managing technical staff requires competencies in technical and non-technical skills. Although a manager may have become a technical expert in a specialized area, they often have no formal training in management having attained the position by virtue of technical accomplishments. This webinar will provide managers with solutions for common scenarios in the workplace.
