Sample Nomination Letter

Nominators must complete the nomination form online and provide all supporting documents by June 30.

A complete nomination package MUST INCLUDE:

A) Completed online Nomination Form, containing:

• Nominee Contact Information

• Short (150 word) Biography

• Award Citation

• Nominator Contact

B) All the following documentation uploaded to the Nominations Folder

(or via email to the Committee c/o cbrady@rubber.org)

• Nomination Letter

• Support Letters (one or more)

• Nominee Biography or CV

• List of Prior Honors, Awards (if not in CV)

• List of Publications or Patents (If not in CV)

• Copies of Five Relevant Papers, Patents or Other Documentation

• High-resolution Headshot

Filenames should indicate the Award and Nominee name (ex. Goodyear_Lastname_nomination.pdf).
