Student Colloquia
The objective of the Rubber Division's annual Student Colloquium & Poster Session is to provide a positive venue for students to present their work and meet with industry members in an encouraging and rewarding environment. Both graduate and undergraduate students are urged to participate in this national technical conference each fall.
Some participants receive up to $500 for their travel needs and all have the opportunity to compete for four $1000 scholarships in the categories of Best Paper and Best Poster. (Would your company like to sponsor these students?)
However, the rewards for participation are not only monetary. This is an opportunity to present your best work to industry professionals and network with them during special events. Many of these professionals could soon be your employers and coworkers. In fact, several of our participants have received job offers on site!
