Important Policies
We have posted several helpful and important policies for subscribers and potential subscribers in areas such as refunds, orders, claims, addresses and web version usage.
Claiming Missing Issues
- Issues are published and mailed in March, June, September, and December.
- Contact Christie Robinson for claims!
- Only claims for the previous two (2) issues will be accepted and investigated by the Rubber Division office. Claims for older issues will be treated as orders and invoices will be sent to the appropriate party. Claims will not be granted for issues that were received by the Rubber Division's customer within the US, but not received by the end user in other countries. It will not be the Rubber Division's responsibility to reissue those journals or to process those claims. It will be the responsibility of the subscription agency. It is our policy that we only send out ONE replacement copy.
