Information for all Sponsorship Opportunities

Check on Availability

To reserve your sponsorship, submit the Sponsorship Form via fax to 330.972.5269. To check on the availability of exclusive sponsorships, email  or call 330.972.7815. Sponsorships are accepted on a first-received, first-reserved basis. Sponsorships are exclusive and will be restricted to one sponsor per opportunity, unless clearly denoted otherwise in their description. Rubber Division reserves the right to change or withdraw any of these sponsorship opportunities at any time and without prior notice. Additional restrictions may apply.

Confirmation & Payment

Sponsorships are not guaranteed until full payment is received. After receipt of a sponsorship invoice, payments are due within 30 days. In all cases, full payment is due in order for sponsorship benefits to be in effect. Some deadlines apply. If final payment is not received within 30 days, the sponsorship opportunity may be given to any waiting sponsors.

Cancellation

Rubber Division must be notified in writing if you wish to cancel a sponsorship. Some deadlines apply. No sponsorship cancellations and/or refunds will be made after any of the sponsorship benefits have take effect. Rubber Division reserves the right to change or withdraw any of these sponsorship opportunities at any time and without prior notice.
