BOOTH DRAWS NEW

$1,000 Each (includes cost of food and services for one hour service)

These new sponsorships were designed to attract attention and visitors to your booth for a specific hour of the day.  The warm aromas of the food and the fun novelties will draw attendees to your booth.  You can add your own branding by providing (at your cost) napkins, cups or bowls with our company logo.  Treats available for one hour each day of the Rubber Expo at your booth include:

• Ice Cream
• Warm Cookies
• Rootbeer Floats
• Hot Pretzels

Sponsorship benefits include:

• Exclusive sponsorship (by day) of that specific treat (first-come, first-served)
• Special promotion of your treat day time and booth location in meeting literature (including company logo)
• Announcements made during the Rubber show hours to promote your event

INTERNET CAFE

$2,500 Total (includes cost of four Station Internet Café)

Be recognized with your company logo prominently placed on the internet café signage, plus on the welcome page and as the screensaver. The internet café is for use by all registered attendees during the exposition hours.

Sponsorship benefits include:

• Exclusive sponsorship of the internet café
• Company logo displayed on Internet Café signage, welcome page and as the screensaver of each station
• Special mention in meeting literature
• Right of first refusal on this sponsorship for next year

HOTEL KEYCARDS - SOLD

REGISTRATION KIOSKS NEW

$2,500 Total (includes cost of four Registration Kiosks)

Be recognized with your company logo prominently placed on the main screen of each registration self check-in kiosk (minimum of four kiosks).

Sponsorship benefits include:

• Exclusive sponsorship of the registration kiosks
• Company logo displayed on the main screen of each registration self check-in kiosk (minimum of 4 kiosks)

TOTE BAGS

$2,500 Plus Cost of Tote Bags

Be recognized with your logo prominently placed on the tote bags carried by attendees during the week. Sponsor supplies tote bags to be distributed at registration.

Sponsorship benefits include:

• Exclusive sponsorship of the tote bags
• Sponsor may place 1- 8 ½ " x 11" or smaller one page insert into bags (sponsor supplies insert)
• Special mention in meeting literature
• Right of first refusal on this sponsorship for next year

NOTEPADS AND PENS

$1,500 Plus Cost of Notepads & Pens

Circulate your logo throughout the week on notepads and pens for attendees.  Sponsor supplies notepads and pens to be distributed at registration. Sponsor may also supply notepads and pens to be placed at the entrance to the Technical Sessions and Educational Courses meeting rooms.

EXHIBITOR RECEPTION CORPORATE TABLE

$200 per Table

Reserve the only available priority seating for your customers and staff at the Exhibitor Reception. 

TECHNICAL SESSIONS COFFEE STATION

$500 per Day + Cost of Coffee Station

Be the company to provide morning coffee from 7:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. for attendees outside of the technical sessions for any or all three days of the Technical Meetings. Sponsor may also supply napkins and/or coffee cups with corporate logo to be distributed at the coffee stations.

Rubber Expo Sponsorship Policies: All exposition sponsorships are restricted to current exhibitors and are accepted on a first-received, first-reserved basis. Please call 330-972-7815 or to inquire about availability. Payment for sponsorship is due within 30 days. To cancel your sponsorship and receive a refund, the Rubber Division, ACS office must be notified in writing. No sponsorship cancellations and/or refunds will be made after any sponsorship benefits have taken effect. Rubber Division, ACS reserves the right to change or withdraw any of these sponsorship opportunities at any time and without prior notice.
