Rubber Technology Online Course Refund Policy

  1. In order to facilitate a refund for a web course, the student has 30 days to advise the Rubber Division, in writing, that he/she wishes to cancel the course.
  2. All course materials must be returned to the Rubber Division in good condition, at which time the Division will refund the registration fee minus a $50 processing fee.
  3. If you are past the 30 day limit and you believe that there are mitigating circumstances, those must be submitted in writing and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. However, this is not a guarantee that the Rubber Division will accept the circumstances as a reason for a refund.
  4. The above policy applies to all online courses.
  5. Please contact the Finance Manager regarding a refund.

Rubber Technology Online Course Participation Policy

  1. Upon completion of these online courses, The University of Akron Continuing Education and Workforce Development office will send you a CEU certificate.
