Spring Technical Meeting Coffee Stations
$2,500 per day + Cost of coffee station
Be the company to provide morning refreshments from 7:30 - 11:00 AM for attendees outside of the technical sessions for any of the days of the Technical Meeting. Sponsor may also supply napkins and/or coffee cups with corporate logo to be distributed at the coffee stations.
Sponsorship benefits include:
- Exclusive sponsorship (by day) of the coffee station
- Acknowledgement poster with sponsor logo for coffee station
- Special mention in meeting literature

Science & Technology Awards Banquet
$500 to $1,500
Benefits include:
- Company's name on event signage for one spring technical meeting
- Company's name listed on event program for one spring technical meeting
- Acknowledgement during the event
Evening Reception
Exclusive at $6,000, or 6 Individual at $1,000 each
Benefits include:
- Exclusive sponsors will be the sole organization advertised with this event
- A free tabletop exhibit to advertise your company during the Evening Reception
- Company listing in conference announcements and brochures (if paid before print deadlines)
- Company listing on specific event signage
- Company logo and URL on the conference page of the Division's website

Continental Breakfast
