Platinum Level - $10,000

  • Logo displayed on the Rubber Division, ACS website, with a link directly to company’s website
  • Two dedicated emails with content provided from sponsor to be sent to Rubber Division, ACS email database of over 12,500 individuals (must work with RD Marketing Manager to select dates not in conflict with email marketing schedule and content not in conflict with Rubber Division, ACS offerings)
  • If exhibiting at the annual expo – expedited delivery of booth packaging materials at the conclusion of expo
  • Logo displayed in the spring technical meeting's notices and on-site guide, as well as the fall conference/expo’s notices and show planner - also communicating company’s booth number under logo if exhibiting; Meeting notices are mailed to the entire Rubber Division, ACS database (a segment of it for spring meeting) – 1st direct mail piece promoting the event, the Show Planner for fall is featured in a July issue of Rubber & Plastics News, as well as sent to individuals in the Rubber Division, ACS database who aren’t Rubber & Plastics News subscribers – mailed approximately 3 months prior to fall event
  • If exhibiting at annual expo, company booth highlighted on expo floor plan posted on website, printed in the Show Planner, on-site Show Guide and all Show Daily publications
  • Logo displayed on expo entrance unit or prominently near expo entrance
  • Logo displayed in the on-site Show Guide and each Show Daily publication produced and distributed at the fall conference/expo, also communicating company’s booth number under logo if exhibiting
  • A dedicated article (content provided by sponsor) to be featured in one Show Daily publication produced and distributed at the fall conference/expo
  • Logo displayed in the Post Show Daily publication featured in an issue of Rubber & Plastics News and also mailed to individuals in the Rubber Division, ACS database who are not RPN subscribers
  • "Platinum Sponsor" table (high boy table) provided to display company literature/promotional items during the spring technical meeting and the fall conference/expo; location to be determined on-site at the events
  • Access to a separate on-site registration area at the fall conference/expo for employees of sponsor’s company to use
  • Logo prominently displayed on signage at the spring technical meeting and the fall conference/expo, also communicating company’s booth number under logo if exhibiting
  • Opportunity to have a company representative give a presentation in the Expo Theater during the fall expo
  • Ad on conference website rubberiec.org
  • Acknowledgement during the Business & Awards Meeting during the fall conference/expo
  • Platinum Level Sponsor acknowledgement via a floor sticker at your expo booth if exhibiting
  • One eight-person table with chairs or two high boy tables at the Welcome Reception at the fall conference/expo
  • Opportunity for additional exposure and promotion at each fall conference/expo as any opportunity arises that may vary from venue to venue (inclusion on additional signage, electronic boards, etc. at conference venue and possibly on the expo floor)

Gold Level - $5,000

  • Logo displayed on the Rubber Division, ACS website, with a link directly to company’s website
